Emerging Leadership for Millennials & Changemakers is a leadership development program, with NYC based events, experiential leadership retreats, and an emergent tribe of change makers. The program is sesigned to support the next generation of leaders (of any age!) to develop the inner and outer competencies we will need to effectively assume the mantle of leadership in the years to come.

The intention that binds us is more than individual personal and professional development-- it's tethered to our current historical "moment", to an integral understanding of  our purpose. 

You will discover your capacity to be a conscious agent of Wholeness whose very presence can heal division and bring forth the next stage of human evolution.

Who is the "tribe" heeding the call? 

Emerging Leaders are:
- Leaders in their communities, workplaces, lives, personally & professionally

- Social innovators
- Spiritual seekers
- Purpose-driven entrepreneurs, artists, activists, and change-agents of all flavors

We recognize that the outer work alone is not enough: social transformation must be fueled by a shift in consciousness, and rooted in our interdependence.

We also recognize that the inner work alone is not enough: our values and intentions must find expression through practical, meaningful work in the world.
 

🚩Why? 

The separative consciousness that has defined human culture for centuries is now a primary threat to our survival.

It is an evolutionary imperative to develop a new consciousness and culture based in a realization of our interdependence and prior unity. 

Even the best cutting-edge science, psychological insights, and mystical wisdom will not save us until we integrate them into our lives, our relationships, and our social institutions. Yet living a life that embodies wholeness is not easy in a world of increasing complexity and fragmentation. It takes commitment, practice, and community.

For wholeness & the clean power that comes from love in a fragmented world.
